Exchange policy

We have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you find the size received is not fitting well.

If the shoes are unworn and exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date, we offer exchange for the same. Also exchange for a new size will be offered only once. We do not offer RETURNS or Multiple EXCHANGES.

Sizes 35 , 42 , 43 , 44 are NON EXCHANGEABLE and NON RETURNABLE. If you have any query about these size please call us before placing an order so we can assist you get a perfect sized pair.

However, if you wish to exchange the shoes (sized between 36- 41) after checking the fit and feel, make sure you try them on indoors on a clean floor and not outdoors. Pair Patola footwear are made with fabricated materials and are designed to stretch and fit once worn. Hence in case they feel slightly snug, then they will open a little bit.  We exchange the footwear in the same pattern and in sizes from the size chart which are 36 to 41.

You can courier back the pair to us on the address given below or We can book the return courier at Pair Patola on your behalf with a minimal charge of Rs. 150.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange on either email or whatsap will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Always share images with us for faster resolution time.

 

Refunds

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer refunds.  However, you can always exchange your pair of shoes in exchange for another provided that our exchange conditions mentioned above are met.

Once we receive the pair you send us for exchange, your new Pair Patola shoes will be shipped within 4 working days. In case of stock issues, the process might take a week longer, but you can stay updated on every step through the tracking details provided to you.
