Shipping Policy
PAN India: We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm express, DTDC, Fedex & Bluedart. Kindly allow 7 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. In case we do not have a particular product ready in stock the delivery timeline could be 10-14 working days since all our products are handcrafted and take a while to be produced.
A Shipping charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders under Rs. 3000/-.
Pair Patola ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Time communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Pair Patola is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Pair Patola will continuously try to resolve this as early as possible. Also, Pair Patola reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to initial payment method.
Address Change : You can change the delivery address of your order only till the time order is not shipped. You would need to contact us immediately through e-mail/social media.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
No Hidden Charges : You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations : Currently we do not take orders for locations outside India via website. However you can contact us for placing a direct order through our social media page @pairpatola or e-mail us at infopairpatola@gmail.com.
Shipping timelines may vary based on your location, however most parcels should arrive within 7-10 working days after dispatch.
Tracking Packages: We will e-mail you the tracking details of your consignment in your registered email address once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse. You will also receive an SMS from the courier partner with the details. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your correct mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
